Непонятный RELEASE

Всем доброго дня!
Помогите пожалуйста разобраться с вопросом. Есть контакт центр с номером 8800... . Абонент нашей станции инициирует вызов на этот номер. После прослушивания всяческих сообщений вызов похоже ставится на удержания вызываемой стороной (пока не освободится кто то из операторов). И в этот момент происходит завершение вызова. Причем RELAESE с нашей стороны с причиной TEMPORARY_FAILURE. Фрагменты трассировки прилагаются. Подскажите куда копать.

В момент удержания вызова приходит какое либо сообщение по ОКС?
Желательно увидеть бы все сообщения при данном звонке. Можно только ОКС.

видно что в момент RELEASE никаких сообщений не приходило больше.

Да и в трейсе не все сообщения на сколько я вижу - можно полный трейс? То есть выбрать при трассировке все "галочки"

Связь обрывается именно в момент когда начинает проигрываться музыка на колл-центре. Т.е. если оператор принимает вызов все нормально, при отсутствии оператора предлагается подождать и включается музыка. Вот тогда то все и происходит.

Про галочки можно поподробнее? Я снимал трассировку calling and called code signaling tracing. там нет галочки db. может какую то другую трассировку снять? Кстати как то можно снимать более детальную трассировка, нужно нажать комбинацию клавиш не помню только какую. Или это для SoftX?

Про комбинацию клавиш ничего не знаю. Тип трейса верный. Там есть Tracing type (calling code, called code) и Message type ( и вот там 8 галочек - TUP, TK, Bill, ISUP, Inner, NET, PRA, DB).

Да с трасировкой не все понятно - у меня тоже не открывается.
Смущает два момента:
1. Куча сообщений Release copmlete.
2. В сообщениях Release Copmlete - две разных причины отбоя!

Можете выложить листинг самого абонента? И почему абонент с признаком "оператор"?
